- Your pet’s name
- Your order number
- Pictures: The more, the better! Choose clear images that showcase your pet’s spirit and charm.
- Any special details or requests you’d like us to know.

How do I choose the right portrait style?
Send us a message or connect via chat! We’re happy to take a peek at your photos and talk through which style fits best.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes, though the size of the portrait may limit how many we can fit! Email us for details.
Some of our favorite portraits feature each pet on their own canvas, displayed side by side as a set. Want ideas? We’d love to show you how others have done it.
Will I see the artwork before it’s finished?
Absolutely! As your portrait comes to life, we’ll send a preview so you can see our work in progress. Because this is handcrafted art, we’ll collaborate together to make sure it feels just right.
How long will my portrait take?
Once we receive your photos, your portrait will be created and shipped in roughly 2–4 weeks. We promise it’s worth the wait!
Do you offer rush orders?
If you’re on a tight timeline, email us for details and rush rates. We’ll always do our best to accomodate your request!
Can I send a portrait as a gift?
Of course! Portraits make unforgettable gifts, and digital delivery is also available. A Studio624 Gift Card is a great option if you’re not sure which style to choose.
Can I order a portrait for a pet who’s passed away?
