Return policy
At Studio624™, every piece is made just for you. That means we don’t keep shelves full of inventory—we create your item on demand, which helps us reduce waste and do right by the planet.
Our team of artists stands behind what we send out. So here’s how returns work:
Custom Artwork
Because our custom artwork is one-of-a-kind—and approved by you before it goes to print—we can’t offer returns on custom pieces. But if something arrives damaged or off in any way, we’ll absolutely make it right. We’ll work with you to fix the issue or send a replacement if needed.
Art Prints, Home Decor & Apparel
We print each canvas, art print, pillow, or tee when your order is placed. This helps us avoid overproduction and keep our environmental impact low.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, let us know within 30 days of delivery—we’ll fix it.
If you need to return an unworn item, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition and in its packaging
- Shipped back at your expense
Because we don’t carry stocked inventory, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on apparel returns.
How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@studio-624.com with your order number and let us know what happened. We’ll guide you from there.
Note: Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first; we want to make sure it gets to the right place!
Your Refund
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
If it’s been longer than 15 business days since your return was approved, drop us a line at returns@studio-624.com.
